Frequently asked questions

HighNote is a Toronto-founded leadership development platform that makes human capabilities (presence, communication and influence) visible, measurable and trainable. It combines performance psychology from the performing arts, executive coaching and AI-driven analysis into one system. Tagline: Powered by Artists. Sharpened by AI.

HighNote was co-founded by Lucia Cesaroni, an internationally acclaimed opera artist and executive coach, and Dana Brown, an executive educator and leadership advisor. Mihnea Moldoveanu, founder of the Figaro AI platform, is HighNote's strategic and academic partner.

HighNote's artist coaches are professional performing artists trained in executive education, including singers from the Metropolitan Opera and Canadian Opera Company, principal dancers from the National Ballet of Canada, a conductor, a concert pianist and a violinist, alongside certified executive coaches.

Traditional coaching relies on a coach's subjective read of a session. HighNote adds an objective layer: AI analysis of vocal and facial signals gives the coach and the client a shared, measurable record of what changed.

HighNote works with enterprises, founders, universities, and coaches and facilitators. Clients and partners include Scotiabank, Scotia Wealth Management, Bell, Sun Life, Salesforce, George Weston Limited, EllisDon and the Law Society of Ontario.

HighNote is based in Toronto and delivers programs in person across Ontario and virtually across North America, the UK and Europe.
